Employment & HR

• 1.5 hrs per month telephone and email advice
• Review of all documentation prepared by you with regards to Grievances, Disciplinaries, Contracts, Policies and Procedures
• Regular updates regarding recent case law and changes in legislation
• Advice on implementing and applying policies and procedures

Debt Recovery:

• Unlimited initial telephone consultation on disputes with suppliers or customers,
• Unlimited initial telephone debt recovery advice on pre-action or litigated accounts,
• Up to two free letters before action per month,
• 1.5 hrs per month telephone and email advice.

Added benefits:

• 10% reduction on our standard hourly rate for all additional legal instruction.

In addition to our Standard Support Package, you will receive: 

• Unlimited telephone and email advice,
• Quarterly reviews with your Client Relationship Manager,
• 20% reduction on our standard hourly rate for all additional legal instruction, and 10% reduction on personal legal services for your employees.

Debt Recovery added benefits:

• Up to five free letters before action per month,
• Free initial call and up to two hours of work undertaken on up to two disputed debt recovery cases per year.
