Michael came on-board with a fresh approach that was very much needed during some difficult times; he played a crucial role in setting the best way forward for the company to get through this and to achieve success. In the early stages of his consulting, he took the time to understand my business; he evaluated everything from the ground up and the gave advice in all areas. It is clear that he is extremely confident with his knowledge of business, his guidance was easy to follow and covered every angle; he encouraged me to see the strength in the team around me so that I could concentrate more of my time on growing the business and most importantly he reignited my passion and confidence that can be so difficult to maintain. Michael still continues to encourage and support me and my team and we cannot thank him enough.

My business was trading well but just needed that extra push to take it to the next level, I asked Michael Horne to assist; as a result Michael put in place a management team from current staff that has excelled, Michael continues to advise the team and they continue to achieve and my business has gone from strength to strength.
